Cria uma nova layer antes de pintar , pinta ela e clica ctrl+T , clica com o direito e clica em flip horizontal ! Tem todas estas opções abaixo , você clica em flip horizontal

Clica na layer da style , vai no canto d baixo das layers do quadrado das layers , após clicado na layser da style clique em > Abrirá um quadrado clique em Color overlay , e mude a configuração da cor que aparecer um quadrado da cor , clique encima e pronto , mude a cor ! Em color overlay so mudar a cor assim OBs as vezes a cor de algumas styles ficam em gradiente overlay !

Bom , você abre sua gif no photoshop da seguinte maneira : File>Import>Video frame to layers aparecerá uma janela pra procurar o gif , apenas digite asterístico " ** " e dê ok a janela aparecerá denovo , agora sim procure o gif , deste jeito o gif irá aparecer como um vídeo , cada pedacinho em uma frame , ficará assim : Daí se você quizer quando abrir aparecer as layers é só salvar em psd , arquivo editável do photoshop , aparecerá como na imagem acima as layers .
