Eu que fiz , veja este tutorial é simples vou dar uma explicada , pegue a ferrament retangular marque tool ( M ) e selecione o documento ( em uma nova camada ) selecione toda a parte do documento com a retangular eclique com o direito stroke ( traçar em portugues ) coloca 3 no numerozinho ali de cima e coloca a cor branco , da ok ficará branco , depois seleciona denovo o documento e bota 1 em PX no numerozinho e cor preta , ficará uma bordinha preta e branca , do mesmo jeito que faz na GFX você faz em uma imagem como esta ... Para não acumular as styles , você primeiramente reseta pra ficar só as padrões depois você carrega ( load style ) ai ficará só as padrões as que ja vem no photoshop e as que você adicionar (load style) , veja a imagem abaixo ! obs : O reset deletará as styles atuais , e ficará só as padrões e o Load carregará as styles novas que você quer colocar .

Clique com O CTRL na rpimeira camada , role até a ultima e aperte CTRL+SHIFT daí ficará todas selecionadas , você aperta CTRL+E , depois dá um CTRL+J , e dá CTRL+T , e vira horizontal e posicione para que fique uma metade igual a outra . Ou ao selecionar tudo para não perder as shapes ao selecionar tudo aperte CTRL+ALT+G e clique com o direito na unica camada ( grupo que ficou ) e Duplicate group , daí você não perderá suas shapes , ficaram todas separadas e não juntas em uma camada só , só que dentro de um grupo .

Não tem tema certo , é apenas uma camiseta do formandos ( algo referente a pessoas se formando )tipo faculdade etc , você pode encontrar mais dessas Clicando Aqui
