    Bom isso é comum ocorrer em qualquer mu online, mais também depende de seu computador e de sua internet. mais nesse caso, o problema deve ser de seu computador. pois veja um tópico de como; evitar lag http://forum.muaway.net/index.php?/topic/221-evitar-lag/ - E também voce pode mecher nas configurações dentro do game, apenas mechendo nas opções e colocando-as em [5] e veja os resultados.
