    Olá, boa tarde! Infelizmente ocorreu um problema no momento do meu master reset e eu gostaria de saber o motivo para eu não receber minha box rewards após fazer minha segunda MR semanal. Meu personagem: Sr-Thanos-. Nunca tive problemas com isso, sempre recebi, mas desta vez ocorreu um bug no jogo e quando reloguei minha box não estava lá. É uma fadiga upar o personagem para poder ganhar box's e tentar ter itens melhores, mas se elas não vem, fica um pouco mais complicado. Poderiam me ajudar com essa situação?
