    Olha tive um problema no STAFF DEAD, acertei o palpite mas meu nome não estava na lista dos vencedores e sequer recebi meu prêmio, expliquei tudo isto e mandei um print provando via ticket no dia 10/02/2016. Me responderam para aguardar uma nova resposta,no dia 12/02/2016. Estou até hoje (20/02/2016) aguardando a nova resposta... É a primeira vez que utilizo o sistema de tickets onde minha dúvida/problema teve que ser respondida/solucionada na 2° resposta... Então aqui venho perguntar: "É normal demorar 8dias para se ter uma resposta via ticket?"
