    Não jogo a alguns anos, a minha conta antiga lembro apenas o login, nao lembro qual email ta cadastrado e o numero que eu usava nao tenho mais a muito tempo, como faço para recuperar nesse caso?

    Ja tentei mudar a compatibilidade e nada. o erro diz a seguinte mensagem: falha ao executar o jogo (codigo:1018) falha ao executar o jogo entre em contato com o nosso suporte via forum ou ticket, com uma print screen desse erro. (nao consegui colocar o print aqui) tentei mandar um email a 2 dias e nada ate agr, alguem ajuda. obs: uso windows 10 (nao sei se influencia em algo)
