    Existe outra opção além do e-mail, que é abrir um ticket na aba "Financeiro" e conversar com o suporte do MuAwaY que poderá lhe auxiliar para solucionar o quanto antes esse problema. Caso ainda assim não obtenha resposta, entre em contato através do e-mail: financeiro@muaway.net

    O prazo estipulado para responder é de 72 horas. Caso ultrapasse esse tempo, é provável que ainda estejam tentando resolver o seu problema. Recomendo que apenas espere, caso não obtenha resultado tente excluir e criar um novo ticket ( Mas faça isso como último opção! ).
