    Bom primeiramente boa noite , estou com uma duvida jogo a 5 anos mais ou menos e nao tenho mais acesso ao email que esta registrado na minha conta por que eu esqueci , e ao numero que foi desativado por nao colocar credito , ja mandei 2 tickets para tentar mudar ambos e como eu esqueci email/numeros antigos da que o formulario está errado , mando foto do RG/Certidao e tudo que pedem , queria saber se tem como eu mudar mesmo sem o email/numero ou não , nunca me preocupei com isso pq nao empresto ela pra ngm mas queria ativar a dupla autenticaçao para usar a nova ferramenta tradex é queria saber se isso é possivel ou nao.
