Both guilds have the number of members > 20 but when entering the alliance command /alliance, the player is disconnected? I don't know how to make a successful guild alliance. Please help me!

Today, at 02:10 (GMT -3) or 12:10 (GMT + 7), the mata mata 05 event is hosted by Land_GM. In the finals there are 3 characters, I am xNamTuoc won 1 match, the match after Land_GM shouted: Antencao I started to fight and I wins, but Land_GM said error: infra. After that, Land_GM shouted: After Antencao, I started to fight but Lan_GM got another error: infra and I lost. I went to the mata mata event just to have fun, but when I was defeated for unknown reasons, it was very warm inside. I want Admin to say that I was defeated for what error?
