    Olá amigos do fórum. Como dito no meu título, não consigo resetar meus chars. Quando clico no jogo, a mensagem de ´um componente necessário esta faltando..´ logo aparece. Saindo do jogo,o download inicia automaticamente,mas,nunca se completa. Li todas as instruções anteriores de dúvidas fechadas, segui passo a passo,mas meu problema persiste. Desde já,Obrigado.
