    Boa tarde, gostaria de saber se existe uma data certa para retorno da comercialização da flag´s trancadas para negociação, ou se são em eventos especificos, ou se não tem uma data ou periodo pré definidos, ouvi dizer que rolava liberação no final de ano e meio do ano, 2x por ano, alguem consegue me dar mais detalhes sobre esse assunto?
