    Hello, today when i todelete my character with name Coca COla and create new character with name IceKillero. Before deleting the character, I removed all the things from him, and after doing a reset for deletion, I did not see that he was wearing the Ice Killer visual ring, and the ring was deleted along with the character. I really like the style of this ring. Please help me return it. With big respect.
