    Caro, No meu tem esse problema, eu consigo resolver, já não sei você, mas vamos lá né? Vá no gerenciador de tarefas (alt+ctrl+delete), procure muaway.exe, e de finalizar tarefa. Tente clicar no luncher novamente. Se não der sinto muito, pois não sei te ajudar.
