Este erro é simples de se resolver, significa que você já esta executando outro Adobe Photoshop, finalize o processo do photoshop já aberto e abra novamente o que deseja, siga os passos abaixo para finalizar. 1 - Aperte CTRL + ALT + DEL e vá em " Iniciar Gerenciador de Tarefas " ( Caso seu Windows for XP após apertar CTRL + ALT + DEL já vai abrir o gerenciador ). 2 - Vá até a aba " Processos ". 3 - Procure o processo do photoshop e finalize-o.
