Por que quando fui positivar a resposta de um cara que respondeu primeiramente minha pergunta, apareçeu a tal mensagem

É porque você já ultrapassou o limite de hoje ou seja 5.
Você só pode dar 5 "+" a cada 24 horas e por isso a mensagem de erro.
