Depois de executar este processo basta você ir e clicar na OPÇÃO correta poís você estar executando o processo na área errada poís não é todo lugar que você encontra os itens desejados .

Tente sair do shop e entrar novamente.E tente efetuar a compra novamente.
Tente abrir o shop com outro navegador.
O shopping de golds esta passando por alguma manutenção. Aguarde que em breve tudo vai estar normal.
