No internet Explorer - Vá em iniciar> Painel de controle> Opções da Internet> Exclua tudo! Senhas armazenadas, Cookies, arquivos...
E depois vá até a guia Conteúdo e limpe o estado SSL.
No Firefox clique em Ferramentas > Limpar Histórico recente > Limpar este período (marque todos)
Depois clique em limpar agora.
Atualize a Página e Deslogue ;
Caso não der, é lag do Site
ou Lag em sua Internet.

Utilize outro navegador, e tente deslogar, se não conseguir mesmo assim, exclua todas as senhas gravadas no seu navegador, principalmente essa que você não consegue deslogar !
Para resolver o problema , limpe os dados de navegação caso não funcione mude o seu navegador.
