Existem bugs que são da própria versão do MU (bug shield) e que não podem ser retirados. E o mesmo não é proibido.

Os bugs em que você refere se chama bug de sh(shield) e de ts (twisting slash), ele não é proibido no servidor e pelo fato de ele ser um bug da versão não há como retirá-lo e nem proibir-lo de usar.
