Amigo , no teclado do Notebook tem uma tecla em azul com a sigla Fn , segure ela e aperte em ins ( em baixo do ins ta escrito Prt Sc) você vai tirar o Print com ela :)

    2° Clique em Editar...

    3°     Clica Em Colar, Depois salve aonde você quizer!
    Como foi dito, em notebooks para tirar o "print screen" deve ser apertado a tecla FN junto da tecla "Print Screen"
