Provavelmente é algum bug , tente re - instalar o topaz no seu photoshop.

Reinstale o topaz , caso reinsttalando não volte nroamlmente , instale outra versão do photoshop . Instale Corretamente com o tutorial abaixo , pode ter sido também algum erro de instalação .

Olá, reinstale o topaz e tente novamente usa-lo, caso você não consiga instale o photoshop cs5
