O server para testes é totalmente restrito não é permitido a entrada de nenhum player lá , só membro da staff para fazer testes como ja diz o nome do server !

Não há como você estar efetuando um cadastro para ter acesso ao mesmo, até porque, à administração cria este servidor para realizar testes, sendo assim só possui acesso ao mesmo os programadores e administradores, fazendo com que nenhum player tenha acesso ao servidor, geralmente os testes podem ser de itens novos, ou algum bug que está acontecendo no servidor.
