    Va em windows>animation, ache um video que você quer e tem um programa que eu eskeci, que salva as imagens da cena no seu pc, redimensione as fotos para o tamanho que vcê quer, e a cada nova camada dismarque as outras e dei apenas a que você quer fazer gif
