Você deve utilizar o Macro Time, para saber como usar-lo basta ver o tutorial:

Para deixar automático não temos esse comando.

Os players em que você ver no macro falando no post enquanto estão ausente do computador dizendo por exemplo: "Dormindo", são os que colocam algum objetivo em cima do teclado na tecla Alt e 1, colocando algo em cima das teclas ele ficará automático.
