    Primeiramente junta ela toda , selecione as layers com o CTRL e depois de selecionadas de CTRL+E , duplique a unica layer que sobrou e gire 180 graus , diminua a opacidade pra 30 / 25 % e apague nas pontas , e pronto , ou siga o tutorial abaixo :
