Selecione novamente a imagem de seu computador, e após efetuar a troca atualize seu navegador precionando a tecla F5.
Obs: Caso você tenha tentado e mesmo assim não obtido sucesso durante o procedimento, mova o arquivo (avatar) da pasta onde ele se localiza para a área de trabalho e repita o processo.
