Bom amigo, fica meio dificil te dar uma resposta sem um tutorial enfim. Para que um jogo rode sem nenhumlag você deve possuir uma placa de video em seu computador, sempre mantenha os Drivers instalados e atualizados, para isso você terá que ver um tutorial :
