— Crie um Novo Documento:

— Após ter criado o novo documento aperte "D" para resetar as cores.

— Aperte ALT+Backspace para pintar o fundo de preto ou então aperte "G" para selecionar a ferramenta Paint Bucket Tool e pinte o fundo de preto.

Basta você Pegar a Ferramenta "Paint Bucket Tool" (Balde de Tinta) e Selecine a Layer e Pint de Preto.
