Eu coloco meu avatar novo ai Atualiza a pagina Normalmente mais.. o Avatar nao Troca Fica o mesmo nao olha nessa imagem

Isso e por que seu avatar está maior do quer pede no fórum ta maior quer 150x250 tente baixa o tamanho e coloque o avatar e aperte F5.
