Primeiramente realize a hospedagem de sua imagem e um site de hospedagem veja :

Logo após quando você hospedar será possivél visualizar abas na horizontal no canto esquerdo da imagem, copie o link com as tags [*IMG] [/IMG*] na 2° aba copie e cole na sua edição de assinatura, caso não saiba editar veja o tutorial a seguir :
