Verifique se você o salvou no formato gifs, que no photoshop no caso é necessário salvar da seguinte maneira: File > Save for Web & Devices, depois de ter salvado corretamente basta hospedar da mesma maneira que você hospeda uma imagem normal, porém, no tinypic é comum que ocorra erros durante a hospedagem, porém se persistir o mesmo irá hospedar, mas se preferir utilize outro hospedador.
