No Photoscape não é Possível fazer uma Tipografia do Nivel do Photoshop ou Qualquer outro Nivel. Pois é um Programa Simples, para Concertar básicos erros na foto, trata-lá um pouco mais tudo Básicamente. Caso você deseja uma Tipografia, baixe o Adobe Photoshop.
Bom, pra você fazer uma tipografia no photoscape, basta pegar um Plano de fundo trasnparente, e colocar algumas nuvens, setas, pássaros, fumaça em PNG. depois é só colocar o Nick que desejar .
Mas aconselho a usar o PhotoShop, pela variedade de recursos .
