Aquilo é muito simples , se chama orb é so você baixar uma em formato png e posicionar ela na sua borda .

Basta ir na ferramenta de elipse ( U ) e fazer sua " orbs, esféra, bola " .
Dica : Quando for fazendo vá segurando Shift, para que ela saia perfeita.
