Os horarios do evento da nova arma era 16:00 ate 16:15 e 19:00 19:15 vc tinha que fica esses horarios sem se desconecta !
Eu pude compra normalmente minha sw :/.
Se vc não pode e tallves tenha prova que fico on mande um ticket pro adm pra ve se resolve :) .
