Isto ocorre pelo fato de você está banido ou ter levado uma suspensão por isto você não consegue está deslogando de sua conta no forum.

Não é possível você deslogar de contas banidas/suspensa, até porque se caso isso fosse possível você iria criar outra conta e nisso burlando a tal punição que você recebeu.
