(Resolvido)Problema com o Adobe Flash Player 10

Bom dia a todos, hoje eu atualizei meu adobe flash player como meu firefox pediu ta mais apos atualizar ele nao intala aparece instalado com sucesso mais nao aparece os arquivos dele e ele trava quando vai abri um video,jogo, e ate mesmo o muaway...
Gostaria que voces me ajudassem

Obs:
-Ja reinstalei o adobe flash
-Ja reiniciei o pc
-Ja limpei metade do pc

Me ajudem ai

- Tente baixar o Adobe Flash Player 9 , o 10 esta com alguns problemas , eu mesmo tentei instala-lo e não consegui .
