Isso não significa nada, creio que você fez o teste do bloco de notas errado, pois ás unicas opções que deve aparecer são "™" caso você não esteja infectado e "♥" caso você esteja infectado.

Observação: Para fazer o teste basta você apertar ás seguintes teclas na sequência, Alt 0153.
