1° Queria saber como fazer um fan bar.

2°Queria saber como colocar aquele fundo dando menos destaque.

OBS:Estava procurando o modelo que eu queria por acaso o player Veegeta_ possuia não precisa ser exatamente aquele modelo quem souber me mande tutoriais.
