Bom, entrei no game neste momento e o atalho de amigos que é a tecla [F] esta normal , ou seja pode ter ocorrido algum bug apenas com você , enfim saia do game e logue novamente.

A tecla F está normalizada, creio que você deva baixar e re-instalar o seu game novamente, para que o bug seja sanado, pois a ferramenta se encontra normal .

O comando "F" esta sem nenhum problema, ou seja normal, verifique seu level pois não se pode utilizar este comando se seu character estiver abaixo do level 6 sendo assim caso esteja acima do level permitido, tente efetuar um "Reset" para ver se o problema será sanado.
