Linear Dodge é um blending mode, não uma ferramenta como o Dodge tool e burn tool.
Com a imagem aberta, procure no separador Camadas/layers. Selecione a camada que deseja alterar e, em seguida, clique no menu suspenso que diz Normal. Há um monte de blending mode, incluindo Linear Dodge.
