Basta você está enviando uma ticket solicitando este transtorno contendo á imagem do evento ganho por você, e aguardar até que o mesmo esteja procedendo deste fato.
É valido lembrar que antes ele estará enviando o mesmo para a lista de espera, ou seja, abrindo um relatório, e aguardar até que o administrador esteja gerando sua premiação.
