Então, Vá para propriedades Cinema 4d.exe, (este é o ícone do programa na área de trabalho, clique com o botão direito sobre ele e selecione propriedades)
Clique sobre a compatibilidade, e alterá-lo para 256 cores.
Você receberá uma mensagem de que "esta é uma versão de 32 bits"
Agora vá para Editar, Preferências e executar todas as atualizações necessárias.
Clique em Concluir.
