Baixe algum pack com lens flare, depois é só fazer sua sign normalmente. No final, coloque a lens flare acima das camadas e um pouco acima dela onde está "normal" coloque "clarear", depois é só ajeitá-la com sua preferência.

Amigo , Acho que Não há nenhum tutorial , mas para voce usar , é so Abri a Len Flare e Mudar p Blenmode para Screen (Divisão se Seu Photoshop for em Postugues) ou Linear dodge , Assim Irá ficr Aquele Brilho de Que Você Falou.
