Você deve colocar sua foto e apertar o botão F5 para atualizar a mesma.
Basta você apertar a tecla F5 que irá atualizar.

Isso é apenas um pequeno bug visual , de f5 que a mesma estará se normalizando.
Tente remover sua foto atual e logo em seguida colocar a foto que você pretende usar.
