Efeitos com Brush.´
Selecione o Brush de Brilho com o hardness baixo"leve" ou sombreado, selecione a cor branca, aplique sobre a imagem, vá nos modos de blendagens(fica logo em cima das layers, sempre esta posicionado com a opção Normal) tire a opção normal e mude para Screen Ou Soft Light.
Para melhora o brilho e utilizado nebulas, cad's e Lens Flares. Segue os dowlaod.
