Ae me passa um turtirial como colcoa lens fire eu ñ lembro ;/ e tbm um tuturial de como dx a tipografia com brilhos ^^

Coloque o lens flare por cima da imagem, mude a opção de blendagem dele para "Screen" as opções de blendagem ficam em cima das layers e normalmente esta na opção Normal.
Basta alterar o blend mode para Screen ou Lighten .
