Tente estar visualizando essa video aula
Caso os vídeos acima não ajude, basta criar uma nova camada, dar um CTRL+A, vá em Edit > Stroke ( Editar > Traçar ), coloque 6 no primeiro quadrinho, que seria a Largura, e na cor branca.
Crie uma nova camada e faça o mesmo caminho, mas em vez de 6, bote 1, e na cor preta.
