Isso se chama inserir link , o mesmo e muito usado para se redirecionar a alguma coisa , para fazer o mesmo basta clicar em Imagem , na primeira caixa de dialogo você coloca o link que quer ser redirecionado e na segunda caixa oque apareça vamos dar um exemplo.
