Se o seu sistema operacional for o windows 8 PRO, faça o seguinte para executar o PS CS 5, clique com o botão direito sobre o ícone Photoshop.exe, e procure pela opção de "Executar como Administrador", caso não resolva, veja o vídeo abaixo.
