A sua dúvida é referente a criação do design da imagem ou da animação dela ?
Se for em relação ao design foi utilizado um tratamento em vermelho-vinho nela , com uma pattern em perspectiva curvilínea . Já a gif foram criadas duas layers com espaços brancos em cima da tipografia , o que o autor fez foi passa-las de um lado para o outro , dando um efeito de encontro entre elas ;)
