Correto, no momento em nosso servidor o npc, no qual realiza a criação de Guilds em nosso servidor se encontra com alguns problemas, que no caso não está dando para criar uma guild, ou seja, está aparecendo que já existe uma guild com o tal nome, porém não existe isso é apenas um bug, portanto sugiro apenas que fique no aguardo que brevemente estará tudo dentro dos conformes.
